Our Story

Parker Kelly Financial Services was established in 1994 by Ian Parker and Paul Kelly. They had both worked in financial services in the North West for many years working for the likes of Allied Dunbar and The Prudential before deciding to set up their own Financial Advice business based in Liverpool City Centre.

Parker Kelly continue to offer professional, service driven financial services in the North West, both to the business community and private clients. As true ‘Independent’ Financial Advisers, we offer unbiased financial advice, providing access to all the products on the market through a dedicated qualified Practitioner.
