Customer Journey

It may feel daunting contacting a financial adviser. At Parker Kelly we want to reassure you that your first meeting will be a friendly chat, email exchange or face-to-face meeting. This will allow us to get an idea of your objectives/goals and circumstances and give you an opportunity to ask any questions you may have about us, cost and charges and our process.

Next Steps

If we decide to proceed we will send a ‘terms of business’ to you and agree the next steps together.

After the initial chat we would normally obtain further information relating to the advice we are providing. This normally requires some paperwork to be filled out and follow up emails or calls.

Once we have obtained the relevant information we would arrange another meeting to discuss your options and our recommendations.

If you’re happy to proceed we would implement the agreed proposal keeping you updated on the progress.
